Steps to Reproduce

  1. I was between levels
  2. Shift + Tab to bring out the Steam overlay
  3. I moved the friends list to a different position
  4. In-game crosshair was gone until the mission started
  5. I had to guess where it would be in order to press the buttons required for the next stage

Explanation

steam overlay removed the in game cursor
