Steps to Reproduce
- Person was AFK
- Maintenance drone drove up to the AFK person
- The maintenance drone would not move
- Omega began to spam messages
Explanation
Omega complains too much about the maitenance drone being stuck, which is annoying if the person blocking it is AFK. Limit his drone blocking messages so Omega does not spam them repeatedly
