Steps to Reproduce

1. Threw the axe at an enemy
2. Axe landed on a flare
3. Retrieved the axe during the mission

Explanation

The Axes that were retrievable did not refill my ammo bag nor did they despawn off the ground and so i was able to infinitly try to pick them up without actually being able to
