Missing Tools and Display During Dive

Steps to Reproduce

1. I am unsure how it occurred in the first place.
2. I had them at the beginning of the game, but then at some point lost them.
3. I might have tried to use my display when an upgrade from Ellis happened and maybe that bugged it out.

Explanation

During a dive, the pickaxe, pointer (CTRL), and display (TAB) were not available for several stages. They did not become available until I activated a biobooster and did the wire-hack mini game, which made them useable again.
