Steps to Reproduce
- Kill a Sentinel Specter enemy
- Observe the bug triggering as the enemy dies
- Ensure you are on level 3 of a depth 3 facility in the Crystalline Caverns
Explanation
After killing a Sentinel Specter enemy, the game audio and Omega's dialogue seemed to bug out for the rest of the level. All usualy sources of audio (voice lines, enemy noises, terrain sounds, etc.) were significantly quieter than usual, and Omega's dialogue box commenting on the Specter's defeat remained on screen. Omega also did not read any of his usual voice lines for the rest of that level, such as when a swarm was incoming or comments on the elevator. Omega's voice lines and regular audio game back on following levels
