Unable to Exit Below Drop Pod Area

Steps to Reproduce

1. I wedged myself between the drop pod and the grate directly in the small gap.
2. There is no way to jump out from the very bottom.
3. I tried jumping towards the edges to see if I am able to climb out.

Explanation

Currently unable to get out from below the drop pod area. I'm not sure if i was supposed to be able to get under here but I am and It looks like the only way out is to close and re launch the game. Maybe a possible bad spawn as i would assume there should be a ladder.
