Steps to Reproduce

  1. It's not an event-based bug. So there's no really any reproducing it.
  2. Reclaim Throwing Axe and check run history I guess?

Explanation

I can't seem to get the screenshot, but I'm having an item display wrong on the Run History screen. On my last run I reclaimed the throwing axe, but it's showing on the Run History screen as Sticky Grenade
