Steps to Reproduce

1. Be grabbed by reaper worm attempting to drag you through Elevator geometry
2. Be freed from reaper worm while still colliding with said geometry
3. Jump

Explanation

When being freed from a Reaper Worms grab while colliding with the extraction Elevator, you can sometimes clip through the elevators geography and fall down the shaft to your death.
