Steps to Reproduce

1. run out of time on final level
2. aggro / spawn boss
3. reaperworms(?) will spawn in anyways

Explanation

Ran out of time on a final level and whenever boss was called in, which would normally put the mission into a critical timer state, a Reaperworm(?) came out and was invincible for entirety of bossfight.
