Steps to Reproduce

1. Get enough intel to trigger Omega's intel voiceline
2. Hit level 15
3. Return to the Ramrod

Explanation

Having multiple Omega messages triggered at the same time when coming back to the Ramrod causes them to clip each other off, causing you to miss out on what at least one message said. For example, the intel voiceline will cut off the promotion voiceline.
