Static Boomstick Spread Reticle Despite Upgrades

Steps to Reproduce

1. Got multiple -% spread upgrades for the boomstick.
2. Observed that the spread reticle for the boomstick did not reduce.
3. Confirmed that the spread was accurate (it was basically a shotgun sniper).
4. Experienced difficulty seeing the actual pinpoint middle of the weapon because the reticle was still large.
