Steps to Reproduce

  1. be low health as Retcon
  2. Activate Time Rewind
  3. Jump off cliff of your choice
  4. Re-Activate Time Rewind before you land
  5. It will say in chat that you died despite not dying

Explanation

When Retcon recalls from Time Rewind, if she is low health, and would die from fall damage, she does not, but it plays the sound queue and shows a message in chat that she died.
