Steps to Reproduce

1. Open settings
2. Navigate to Gameplay
3. Set the Camera Shakes slider to the center position (it will read 63%)

Explanation

Camera Shakes slider is not 50% when set to the middle position like the View Bob & Overlay Intensity sliders.
