Steps to Reproduce

1. open the game and load into the Ramrod
2. look next to the player icon and see that the invite button and player slots are gone.

Explanation

the first time I opened the game, the invite button and the three player slots were there, every time after they do not appear, and attempting to join a public lobby results in infinite loading
The only difference between the first and second times I opened the game was installing new graphics drivers because it prompted me to.
