Steps to Reproduce

1. I was ready to activate workbench before it happened.
2. Not sure what else could I say.

Explanation

i was teleported underground under the lift we were spawned at from far away, took a lot of damage and then got back. After that i didn't have any equipment shown, no weapon and even no pickaxe. From time to time i was able to use some of my stuff but i didn't see it in my hand and ammo info. It fixed after i was captured and freed by reaperworm, but no falling or interacting with anything was helping.
