Steps to Reproduce

  1. We both died during the elevator defense on the previous floor, and our third was left alone.
  2. We both spawned downed tied up in the webs.
  3. He was freed and revived first.
  4. I was then freed and revived.
  5. I could no longer see his icon. Our third who never went down could see it.

Explanation

The icon over my teammates head disappeared. When he went down I couldn't find him.
