Regression of:	#3603 Cannot Move After Concurrent Bio and Drone Upgrade This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Selecting bio upgrade holdin e-key
2. Team grouped up at same time and level up screen came up
3. Got stuck on place after level up. Movement didn't work
4. Slicers dash freed me luckily

Explanation

As slicer i got stuck when our team was selecting a levelup and I was picking a bio upgrade at the same time. luckily the dash ability freed me
