Steps to Reproduce

Get grab by that worm so that it makes phase through the elevator
Die when you are inside the elevator

Explanation

I was getting grabbed by a "worm thing" (don't remember their name) that appear once the timer runs out, and got killed while it was pulling me inside the elevator. I fell inside the levator h*** and arrived almost at the bottom. Cooper don't seem to be able to follow me to revive me.
