Steps to Reproduce

1. I was just fighting the Gotoorak Gatekeeper
2. It might be because of terrain generation
3. Nothing in particular happened to make the boss bug out

Explanation

The Gotoorak Gatekeeper is not returning to its spawn after being damaged enough to make it go into the next phase.
