Steps to Reproduce

  1. Whip out the MM-4 Charger
  2. Charge it
  3. Sometimes it just fails

Explanation

The MM-4 Charger sometimes does not show the charge level on the UI and always results in the lowest charge shot possible.

The first charge bar shows up, and then it goes back to no charge.
