Steps to Reproduce

1. Selected the bolt-tec Decker at the initial equipment cache
2. Selected the bleed rounds augment when it was offered at the workbench

Explanation

On the Bolt-Tec Decker SMG the Bleed Rounds are either not applying damage correctly, not displaying it on the floating damage numbers, or both
