Zipline Fails to Reach Destination on Platform but Works on Dirt Ground

Steps to Reproduce

1. stand on a platform( as in the green indestructable one's)
2. shoot a zipline to a higher point(maybe to another platform I'm not sure)

Explanation

my zipline launcher's zipline didn't reach it's destination while standing on a platform(not a platform gun platform) twice in a row and then when I moved just a little bit to be standing on the dirt ground it could reach it's correct destination again, and the destination was a higher platform that was on a hill
