Regression of:	#3366 Black Screen After Joining Friend's Lobby This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. All attempts at joining online lobbies fail similarly
2. Other's attempts to join my lobby fail similarly

Explanation

Can not Connect to lobbies despite being online. The black screen on attempting to connect to a lobby still persists. It fades to black but I can still hear movement and ship sounds. after a minute or two it says connection failed. Original DRG lobbies work fine.
