Steps to Reproduce

1. Find Sentinel Specter
2. Kill Sentinel Specter
3. It sometimes happens, have no clue what causes it

Explanation

After defeating a Sentinel Specter, the Spectercore will fall through the map over and over with being able to be grabbed. Only to spawn somewhere close by around 1 minute later
