Regression of:	#3144 Joining Screen Gets Stuck on Loading This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. went to go join a game
2. tried joining a public game
3. get stuck in loading screen

Explanation

I get stuck in a infinate "joining screen" circle when i try to join a public lobby
