Upgrade screen remains stuck after transitioning to next level

Regression of:	#699 Unable to Exit Upgrade Screen in Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have the R.E.P.D have at least one available upgrade.
2. Call the R.E.P.D by the elevator.
3. Make sure all people are in the elevator.
4. The upgrade progression bar will start.
5. As you unload from the previous level, the game will start the upgrade Choice.
6. Once you load into the next level, the previous upgrade choices will be stuck to your screen.

Explanation

Loaded into next level with the upgrade screen permentantly stuck to my screen. Could not close out of it.
