Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start a game
  2. Complete a floor
  3. Do not press the READY button and wait a while
  4. Elevator shaft disappears

Explanation

Being AFK on the --MISSION STATUS-- COMPLETED screen in between levels too long without clicking READY causes the screen to go black, excluding the UI, so just the elevator shaft disappeared. Note this happened in solo, which may or may not have anything to do with this
