Unusually Long Load Times Compared to Teammates

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get to a mission stage loading screen by starting a new mission or completing a previous stage

Explanation

The game consistently takes 2 to 5 times as long to load for me as compared to my teammates, sometimes taking several minutes to load in extreme cases.

Sometimes, loading will stop completely for a significant amount of time, with CPU usage ramped up to 100%, before continuing to progress.

I have never seen anyone else take as long to load as me.

All this occurs on a good connection (<100ms ping).
