Steps to Reproduce
- Misson went critical as we started the final boss fight
- worm spawned in front of me
- I strafed as he lunged toward me
- his head went underground
- he grabbed me through the floor
Explanation
The giant worms that spawn during red/critical can put their head through the floor and still grab you while they're underground and dont retract while being damaged.
