Explanation
Impact Axe can't be retrieved despite having a prompt for it. The animation of picking it up plays, but it doesn't disappear and doesn't restore ammo. It's my first time using axes in this game, so not sure if they're supposed to take a weapon slot instead of the grenade slot, but I rolled them from the Jumble alteration and had to place them in an equipment slot.
