Steps to Reproduce
- The bug occurred during the lift ride down entering the next stage
- All I had done at this point was random movement inputs and attempted jumping
Explanation
The game ended on us? We transitioned levels, hit the inbetween screen, and readied and loaded in. On the lift down it said we Failed the Facility.
