Turret cap does not reset between levels (The cap appropriately resets as turrets run out of ammo, but not if a turret still has ammo at the end of a level)

Cannot place the disposable turret as Spotter. This happens a lot more with Retcon. Sometimes it works again for a single turret after resupplying, but only for a short while.
