Steps to Reproduce
- play Retcon
- Pick Turret
- Use it only during time travel mode
- it just stops being placeable
Explanation
Playing as Retcon and picking the Sentry Turret equipment, at one point I stopped being able to place them down anymore. Not sure if it is bugged witht the time travel ability, pbut I stopped being able to use it entirely, making it useless
