Steps to Reproduce
- Take a turret from the supply box
- Place as many turrets as possible in a location, for example, for a Retcon character
- Go to the next floor and try placing turrets
Explanation
New turrets are not installed. As I understand it, a location can only have a maximum of four active turrets or so per player. This is logical and fair, otherwise an infinite number could have been deployed in a Retcon. However, if you deploy the maximum number of turrets in a location and move on to the next one, no new turrets are deployed at all, because the old turrets can't unload and disappear.
