Steps to Reproduce
- Threw an axe at the wall
- Picked it up
- The axe did not get added back to my inventory
- The axes appear as a sticky grenade in the run history
Explanation
The impact axes can be picked up after throwing, but picking them up does not add to their ammo counter.
