Steps to Reproduce

1. First noticed the bug after accidentally attempting to place a turret while jumping
2. Noticed the bug later in the mission during other runs

Explanation

Sometimes turrets will only allow one to be placed at a time, while still showing the ability to place another. This often happens later in missions. Map does not matter. Often I will be able to place multiple turrets during the first or second elevator, then by the third level I can only place one at a time.
