Steps to Reproduce

1. enter the elevator at the end of a level
2. press ready
3. pick mission warning
4. wait at the elevator loading screen
5. as loading is complete, a black screen shows and the game crashes.

Explanation

game freezes after the elevator ride. shows black screen, then crashes.
