Level 2 of 'Burning Well' has no exit

Steps to Reproduce

1. Re-create the seed used to generate "Burning Well" (D-02, Complexity 1)
2. Play the level as normal until you enter the "Level 2" area
3. Search for the exit and note there is none -- additionally, there is no cable that spawns to show the path to the exit, further suggesting that it simply didn't generate

Explanation

Level 2 of "Burning Well" seems to be generated without any exit. There is no cable leading out from the drop pod and I've explored all the areas available.
