Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Jury Rigged Shotgun
2. Apply chain chance to the weapon
3. Aquire Reloading Trick upgrade
4. Fire at isolated single targets

Explanation

I'm uncertain about the exact interaction, but my last run I picked up a secondary weapon in the jury rigged shotgun and later picked up an upgrade for 100% crit chance on first shot in a magazine. From that point of the run on, there was a random chance shooting the first shot with the jury rigged shotgun would damage me for between 30~40 damage. The weapon also had 50% chain chance but wasn't exhibiting this recoil effect until after the crit perk was taken.
