Steps to Reproduce

1. When choosing a bio-enhancement while it is still in the progression bar, the Ellis cart stopped the progress bar.
2. You could then choose the new upgrade from Ellis.
3. Once the Ellis upgrade choice selection was done, the progress bar on the bio upgrade resumed.
4. However, your AWSD movement was locked.
5. Getting downed by an enemy resumed your movement once revived.
