Explanation

I got the lead storm while having the nerves of steel perk. When standing still it seems to do the opposite of the perk description and makes me spread worse. I have recorded a video on OBS but it does not look as though I cn attatch it to this bug report. The last mission I completed before sending this bug report is the one that had the bug
