Game Crash and Floating Player Issue After Time Out

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run out of time and get grabbed by the tentacle monster
2. Press alt + tab
3. Stuck on a black screen after clicking back into Rogue Core
4. Crash after approximately 1 minute of black screen
5. Relaunch the game and rejoin the squad
6. Floating in mid-air
7. Press alt + f4
8. Relaunch the game and rejoin the squad
9. Reappear next to a teammate and get revived

Explanation

Crashed on loading screen after getting grabbed by the timer tentacle monster, was floating mid-air when I rejoined the mission and was far enough from the nearest ledge that my teammates could not reach me in order to revive me.
