Steps to Reproduce
- Every time I use the mission terminal.
Explanation
When using the mission terminal, rotating the planet seems to lock the mouse to center screen as it reappears in teh center when releasing, though it still functions as though it doesn't - meaning that when my mouse hits the edge of my screen, I can no longer continue rotating.
