Steps to Reproduce

1. Experience an upgrade that recovers health and/or armor.
2. Initiate the recall process.
3. Observe if the health and/or armor is recovered during the recall.

Explanation

Retcon's recall doesn't seem to recover initial health and armor. Ammo seems to be replenished as intended.
