Steps to Reproduce
- Grab a Hammer Caster from the workbench.
- It should automatically convert to legendary status without getting any more upgrades.
Explanation
The Hammer Caster is automatically legendary when picked up from a workbench regardless of its actual upgrade amount and is unable to get upgraded further.
