Tools cannot be holstered after searching with one equipped

Steps to Reproduce

1. Questioned a suspect about a noise disturbance
2. Searched the suspect with my taser out
3. It should not allow holstering your weapon, grabbing your gun, or doing anything related to tools
4. Found this behavior very annoying

Explanation

Couldnt use my taser/gun/any tool anymore after searching with it equipped.
