Steps to Reproduce

1. Chased suspect in pursuit, got him out the car
2. cuffed him
3. then Escorted. Where he didnt escort/follow me, so I was going to kill him
4. then I cant pull out my bloody gun.

Explanation

Unable to use my god damn tools! No gun, No Taser, or Handcuffs.
None are usable.
