Steps to Reproduce

1. Arrest anyone
2. Bring them to the police department (PD)
3. The bug is that it won't let you take the arrested person out of the vehicle

Explanation

bringing suspect to station fails to work and it makes me sad. It wont let the suspect remove from vehicle
