Issues with Suspect Seating and Vehicle Launching After Handbrake Use

Steps to Reproduce

1. Arrest someone and see how the seating process works to get them into the back of the vehicle.
2. Before placing them in, search them for contraband and take any random item.
3. Park your vehicle, engage the handbrake and get out.
4. Step back in to see if the vehicle goes flying.

Explanation

Escorting and placing suspects in the vehicle still causes issues. And for some reason either an object you confiscate from a suspect or putting on the handbrake sends the vehicle flying once you step back into the vehicle.
