Steps to Reproduce

1. Exit the police station and enter the police cruiser
2. Edit the vehicle
3. Observe the engine turning on without input and the player attempting to exit without input simultaneously
4. Stop at a traffic light or traffic stop
5. Involve in a car collision
6. Ensure the engine is off and the vehicle is stopped
7. Observe the engine turning on without input and the player attempting to exit without input simultaneously
8. The player will then 'T-Pose' in the driver seat and the vehicle will begin to spin violently

Explanation

Go-Car: For some unexplainable reason, and throughout multiple playthroughs, while driving or stationary, the police vehicle you drive will bug out and begin to spin violently horizontally and you will have no control

Upon spinning you will get shot into the air and then back down and through the map until landing at "the end". unable to interact with anything, only course of action is to restart the game.

Once a a bug occurs, no inputs work, and you can only look around and change your first-person to third-person camera.
